Polyester mat
Coating class:
Improved version of standard polyester. Thickness of organic coating is 35 µm, galvanization minimum 275 g/m2. The coating is almost without any gloss and is described as coarse grained mat. The surface is slightly rough, porous. Due to such a surface, it resembles a roof tile from a distance. The polyester mat surface is very elastic with high anticorrosion characteristics and is resistant to discolouration caused by sunlight. It is highly respected in housing.
Warranty period for 15 years.

SHIMOCO
Coating class:
Modern and very durable polyester coating. Thickness of organic coating is 80 µm, galvanization Z 275 g/m2. The surface has got a uniform pattern structure (with preserving aesthetic of grain) which beautifully reflects light. The SHIMOCO system formula guarantees best protection against UV and corrosion. It provides maximum flexibility and durability. The highest quality resistance to scratching and grinding. The coating fabricated by Italian concern MARCEGAGLIA.
SHIMOCO is an amazing choice. High quality goes along with reasonable price. The product may be used both in housing and industrial constructions.

Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra®
Coating class:
A kind of a thick-film coating of a squeezed structure, similar to an orange peel. Thickness of organic coating is as much as 200 µm. Its characteristic features are perfect resistance to rubbing, mechanical damages, sunlight, discolouration and loss of gloss. The base material is tested and used solely in TATA Steel company sheet metal covered with a unique metallic coating Galvalloy® that is an alloy of zinc (95%) and aluminium (5%). The metallic coating Galvalloy® is distinctive by much lower risk of losing performance due to corrosion and edge peeling, which save costs and reassures its users. Products made out of the coated steel Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® provide special utility parameters and resistance to corrosion in various usages as metal coverings of walls and roofs. This is the reason why they are applied in the most demanding internal conditions, like swimming pools, sewage treatment plants, power stations, processing plants gaining power from waste and processing plants.
Warranty period for 40 lat.
