The privacy policy is the implementation of the information policy of “ROZBUD” Łapińscy sp.j. towards Users of the https://plytywarstowerozbud.pl website (“Website”) in all aspects of personal data processing and protection.
Our website uses the Google Ads and Google Analytics advertising program, and as part of it, conversion tracking and data collection as part of advertising functions (remarketing using Google Analytics, advertising reporting functions, such as demographic data and interests reports, DoubleClick Campaign Manager reports, DoubleClick Bid Manager and reports on views on the Google Display Network). The related data processing is based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). Further and more information on this can be found in section 3.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION
1.1. We process the data of the Website Users, which under the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “General Regulation” or “GDPR”), have the nature of personal data.
1.2. The Controller of the personal data of Website Users is the owner and operator of the Website, “ROZBUD” Łapińscy sp.j. Rajgrodzka 128, 16-300 Augustów, NIP: 8461612811, REGON: 200132126 entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000274567.

1.5. We process the data provided by Website Users for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the Website’s proper operation and provide values and effects that are provided for in the scope of the Website’s operation, such as a response to an inquiry.
1.6. The name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address of the Website Users will not be saved unless the Website User provides them voluntarily, for example, in a newsletter, in a job application, or in an inquiry addressed to us.
1.7. We also process website user data of a statistical nature to learn about how users use the Website and improve its operation.
1.8. We do not process special categories of personal data or personal data relating to criminal convictions and violations of the law or related security measures.
1.9. The processing of the website users’ personal data for a purpose other than that indicated in the previous points (such as services marketing or receiving commercial information) takes place only after obtaining the User’s consent and to the extent indicated in the consent in question.
1.10. Providing personal data is voluntary. However, it may be necessary to take appropriate website actions, including responding to an inquiry. Providing other personal data (i.e., data that is not necessary to provide the service electronically) is not obligatory. It is at the discretion of the User to whom the data relates. Its processing depends on obtaining the consent of the User. The User can set the browser to block all cookies from a specific domain or all domains and set them at the device level – the device can provide settings with which the User can control the collected information.
- COLLECTION AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. We use various technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, local storage such as browser or application cache, databases, and server logs.
2.2. Entering our Website automatically starts transmitting information to the server of our Website and through the browser installed on the Website User’s device and its temporary storage on the so-called log-file. We have no influence on this process.
Below, there is information that is collected without the participation of the Website User and is stored until it is automatically deleted:
The IP address of the device sending the inquiry in the network,
date and time of entry,
name and URL address,
website/application from which the contact was made ( Referrer-URL),
the browser used and possibly the operating system of the device operating in the network and the name of the Internet provider of the Website User.
2.3. When contacting us (via the contact form or by e-mail), the User’s data necessary to accept the contact/inquiry and its implementation under Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR is processed (for pre-contractual activities). The user data may be stored in our CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management System) or in a comparable system that receives inquiries.
The supplier administers the CRM system based on our legitimate interest (efficient and quick processing of user details). We have accordingly concluded a contract with the supplier in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. The provider as a processor undertakes to process user data only according to our instructions and comply with data protection standards adopted in the EU.
2.4. When making contact via the job application form in accordance with Article 13 GDPR, we process data as part of the recruitment process.
By accepting the data protection declaration as part of our online recruitment process, the Website User agrees to the storage and processing of data by “ROZBUD” Łapińscy sp.j. in order to carry out the recruitment process.
2.5. During online recruitment, we collect and process the following personal data related to recruitment:
- last name (surname)
- first name
- address
- phone number
- e-mail address
- recruitment documentation (recruitment application, curriculum vitae).
Only employees and associates of “ROZBUD” Łapińscy sp.j. involved in a given recruitment process have access to personal data related to recruitment.
2.6. If the Website User applies for a position that has already been filled or his competences predispose him to work in a different position, or the User has submitted his application without indicating the job, we transfer the application to other departments of the company for use in further recruitment processes, if the User has given his consent to data processing.
2.7. Recruitment data is not used or transferred in any way beyond the area mentioned above.
2.8. We store personal data of Website Users only for the period necessary to answer questions or solve problems, provide improved and new services, and comply with legal requirements resulting from applicable regulations. After this period, Users’ personal data are removed from all systems.
- DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. We share data concerning and provided by Website Users through analytical and statistical tools. This data includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type, and settings, operating system, mobile network data, including operator name and application version number, as well as interactions of applications, browsers, and devices with Google services, including IP address, crash reports, data on system activity as well as the date, time and URL address of the referring party. For example, we analyze data about visits of Website Users to optimize the appearance of the Website; we use data about advertisements with which the Website User interacts to check the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
3.2. To design our pages in line with the needs and their ongoing optimization, we use, based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest), Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”, as well as the Google Optimize extension. Therefore, pseudo-anonymous User profiles are created, and cookies are used. Information provided by cookies regarding the use of the Website, such as:
- type and version of browser used,
- operating system being used
- URL address (previously visited page),
- computer IP address,
- time of sending the request to the server are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google operates under the Privacy-Shield- agreement, thus guaranteeing compliance with European data protection law.
3.3. The User can block the saving of cookies by appropriate settings in the browser software. However, in such a situation, not all functions of a given website may be fully used. The User may also block the collection of data produced by cookies and related to the use of the Google website (including the IP address) as well as block the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser plug in:https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl = en
Alternatively to the browser plug-in or as part of browsers on mobile devices, an opt-out cookie can be installed via this link, which will block the storage of data by Google Analytics within this Website in the future.
3.4. Based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest), we use the Google Ads online advertising program, which is to ensure that only ads are displayed on the devices that are consistent with the actual or perceived interest of the User.
This Website uses the Google Ads advertising program and, within its framework, also conversion-tracking based on cookies. These cookies are activated after the User clicks on an advertisement displayed by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, display advertisements on websites and use stored cookies to serve advertisements based on the User’s previous visits to the Website. These AdWords-cookies expire after 30 days, and the gclid indicator after 90 days, and they are not used for personal identification of the User. Google will transfer this information to third-party providers, if required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google, however, will in no case link the User’s IP address with other Google data.
3.5. The consent to the collection and storage of data may be revoked at any time with future effect. The Website User may disable the use of cookies by going to the Website that deactivates Google ads and deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by selecting the setting blocking the cookies from the domains “googleadservices.com” and “doubleclick.net” and so that our Website cannot install cookies.
3.6. Our Website uses the Google Ads and Google Analytics advertising program and as part of its conversion tracking and data collection for advertising purposes (remarketing using Google Analytics, advertising reporting functions, such as demographic data and interest reports, DoubleClick Campaign Manager reports, DoubleClick Bid Manager and views reports on the Google Display Network). The related data processing is based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
To support AdWords customers and publishers in displaying and managing ads, Google uses DoubleClick-Cookie on the pages of its advertising network and certain services provided by Google. By opening a website and displaying or clicking on an advertisement placed on the Google network, the User allows installing the DoubleClick-Cookie in the browser. The DoubleClick-Cookie qualifier assigned to the browser is the same qualifier used when accessing pages that use advertising programs.
Third-party vendors, including Google, display advertisements on websites using cookies stored for this purpose, based on the User’s previous visits to the Website.

3.8. Our Website uses the Google Tag Manager tool, which allows you to manage the Website via an interface. 3.9. Our Website includes YouTube functions to display and play video recordings. YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave provides these functions. San Bruno, CA 94066 USA.
In the case of this function, an extended data protection module is used, which, according to the information provided by the provider, starts saving the Website User’s data only when the video recording is on. When displaying video recordings, Youtube activates cookies to collect information about user behavior. Tips from YouTube allow, among other things, to develop statistics on playing the recordings, improve the User’s convenience, and prevent abuse. Regardless of the display of the attached video, each time the Website is opened, a connection to the Google “DoubleClick” network is made, which may result in further data processing, and we have no influenceon that. 3.10. Our Website uses Google Maps to display maps and to create directions. Google manages Google Maps. By using our Website, the Website User agrees to the collection, processing, and use of automatically registered data and data provided by the User by Google, one of its representatives, or third-party suppliers. 3.11. On our Website, we use the Hotjar tool, managed by Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Center, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, Europe, which monitors and records the User’s behavior on the Website. This tool records data on the User’s behavior, such as navigation, page scrolling, cursor movement. Information on the location, device used, operating system, browser, and cookies is also collected. Hotjar does not collect or store users’ personal information.

3.12. As part of our offer, based on a legitimate interest in the management of our online offer, the handling of online inquiries and customer service in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, we transfer the personal data of the Website Users to subcontractors and associates of “ROZBUD” Łapińscy sp.j .. Subcontractors and associates process them for the needs of “ROZBUD” Łapińscy sp.j. in accordance with the instructions and the Privacy Policy and using all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and information security.
3.13. The personal data of the Website Users may be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e., outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or international organizations.
- SECURITY
4.1. The Data Controller makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical, and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. To ensure the security of the collected and processed personal data, we use:
- Encryption to keep your data private while in transit.
- Control of information collection, storage, and processing procedures, including physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
- Limiting access to personal data. Only employees, subcontractors, and associates of “ROZBUD” Łapińscy sp.j. have it, when it is justified in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR and necessary from the point of view of the contract or based on a legitimate economic interest and effective business activity. Any person having such access is obliged to maintain strict confidentiality. In the event of failure to comply with these obligations, may suffer consequences, including termination of cooperation.

5.1. In connection with the processing of personal data, the Website User has the right to:
- request access to the personal data of the Website User from the Controller,
- request the Controller to update and correct the personal data of the Website User,
- request the Administrator to delete the personal data of the Website User,
- request the Controller to limit the processing of personal data of the Website User,
- object to the processing of the Website User’s personal data,
- transfer the personal data of the Website User,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
